John Sheridan

John Sheridan is an advisor to entrepreneurs and the author of the bestseller “The Perfect Business” With more than 35 years of experience both as an operator and advisor, he brings a wealth of practical knowledge along with a passion for the game of business. 

John is the creator of The 9 Systems Framework and has helped successful business owners implement systems that grow profits, build great teams and create lasting value in a variety of industries including professional services, software and technology, manufacturing, construction, and distribution. He has earned a reputation for his insight, wisdom and candor while holding his clients accountable to reaching their goals. 

A graduate of The Boston College School of Management, John started out in direct sales and marketing as a Commercial/Industrial Real Estate Broker. That led him to a career in construction and real estate development leading profitable, growing businesses ranging in size from startup to over one hundred million dollars before he began his advisory practice in 2006. 

John lives in Princeton, New Jersey with his wife and two children where you can sometimes hear him playing his guitar too loudly and he is a past President and Board Member of The Rotary Club of Trenton, New Jersey.
